The new Pay Plan comes with two exciting new bonuses.
The first bonuses we’re adding are the Status Advancement Bonuses for Pink Status and above. These Status Advancement Bonuses are paid once upon first-time achievement of a new status.
Advancement Bonuses will also be doubled during your first three full months as a Presenter —that means your signup month, plus the following three months. This remains true even if your signup date is the first day of a month. If a Presenter advances more than one status in one calendar month, these bonuses will stack, and they’ll earn Advancement Bonuses for every status achieved for the first time.
The second bonuses we’re adding are the Paid-as Bonuses. These bonuses also start at Pink Status. Paid-as Bonuses are paid monthly in addition to any Advancement Bonuses earned and are based on your highest paid-as status for that month—regardless of your Recognition Status. For example, you could be recognized at Green Status but if you’re Paid-as Teal Status, you will receive the Teal Paid-as Bonus. Paid-as Bonuses do not stack and aren’t doubled during Fast Start.
Please note: The Fast Start Period for Status Advancement Bonuses is defined as a Presenter’s first three full months to maximize your time to advance and earn. The definition of Fast Start is still 90 days for all other programs.

The best thing about the new Younique Pay Plan is that it’s simple and full of possibilities with our three essential pillars: sell, sponsor, build.
Selling allows you to make a profit from your personal sales and the sales of your team. Sales are measured through Personal Retail Sales (PRS). You get one PRS point for every $1 USD spent, which makes it easy to sell and sponsor others globally.
All Presenters start at a base of 20% of the PRS sold through personal purchases. You and your teams and can earn up to 40% Retail Royalties. Instant Royalties are deposited to your PayQuicker account three hours after a sale is made.
The first step of sponsoring is to invite others to join your team and the Y-Family. The second step is mentoring, which is the perfect way to build trust and strengthen relationships within your team. Rewards start when you help your team reach their goals.
